Claims Solicitors Ireland – Who are we?
Philosophy
At Claims Solicitors Ireland our priority is to provide you with a friendly legal service in a relaxed atmosphere. We aim to lighten the burden and remove the worry that clients experience when having to deal with legal issues. We plan to get these legal tasks resolved as quickly and cost effectively as possible which means that you the client save time, money and we take on board the stress for you.
At our first meeting we sit down together and listen to your problems and ask about your goals. We explain your options and plan a path for us to achieve your aims as quickly as possible.
Sometimes this involves drafting legal documents for example filing a claim, preparing contracts, preparing a Will, transferring an asset, writing a letter. Other times it involves engaging with other persons to secure their co-operation in achieving your goal or perhaps filing a claim to force someone’s hand.
Either way we are glad to act on your behalf and to be your most fervent advocate. By exercising good judgement and taking an intelligent approach to your problem, we can offer you the most effective and satisfactory outcome.
My Commitment
As the owner and principal solicitor of Claims Solicitors Ireland, every case is handled by me personally is order to achieve the best representation for you.
We do not delegate any legal planning or advice duties to apprentices, legal executives or legal secretaries. I manage each file every step of the way with the benefit of good staff and the latest technology in order to achieve the best result in the most cost effective manner for you.
I make it my business to be as easily contactable as possible and when I am at meetings or in court I return all calls the same day where possible or at the latest the next day. I even supply you with my personal mobile number so that you can call me directly where you need instant advice or reassurance which I am happy to provide.
I keep you updated regularly about your business and as a member of Clarity, I have taken the trouble to train myself to talk not in legaleze but in plain English!
Most of all, I appreciate your business and our testimonials show how this appreciation translates into satisfied customers to whom we remain loyal and who come back to us for their legal requirements.

Our Community:
Dublin Christian Mission: www.dcmlive.ie
This is the second oldest city mission in the world and is located directly beside our offices at Chancery Place, Dublin 7. It is non denominational and concentrates on youth and community work in several Dublin communities. It focuses on helping people find freedom and healing, encouraging them in turn to help others. It reaches out to communities experiencing poverty, high rates of drug abuse, broken homes, abuse and crime. Recognising the incredible potential of people from disadvantaged backgrounds, this mission provides an essential and invaluable service to our city and we are proud to provide sponsorship to assist with its work.
The Cappucin Day Center for Homeless People: www.homeless.ie
Their "Mission Statement" is:
"Inspired by the spirit of St. Francis of Assisi, we at the Cappuchin Day Center welcome people in need of food aid who have no home or are socially excluded and respecting their dignity, provide a caring, pastoral, holistic and non judgemental service responsive to their needs."
Located at 29 Bow Street, Dublin 7 next to Church Street Friary, this incredible endeavour is run by Br Kevin Foley OFM Cap. and his admirable and inspiring team of staff and volunteers. They provide breakfast, lunches and food for an average of 480 homeless people six days a week.
Fr Peter McVerry Trust: www.pmvtrust.ie
Fr. Peter McVerry SJ has been working with Dublin’s young homeless for more than 30 years. During this time he has campaigned tirelessly for the rights of these young people. In 1979, he opened a hostel to address the urgent need for accommodation for young homeless people. Four years later he set up a charity to provide further housing and support. Renamed in 2005 as Peter McVerry Trust, the charity has progressed from providing a three bedroom flat in Ballymun to today's wide range of services catering for the diverse needs of young homeless people. Some services include an open access service, supported accommodation, drug services, under 18s hostels and apartments across the city to offer longer-term housing for those ready to live independently. We are proud to have helped raise funds for this worthy cause by having participated in the annual charity cycle to Wexford and are grateful to all those who have sponsored our trip.
Amnesty International: www.amnesty.ie
Amnesty International Ireland is the country’s largest human rights organisation with over 15,000 members and supporters. Part of a global movement of more than 3.2 million people working in more than 150 countries around the world. Independent of any political ideology, economic interest or religion, amnesty does not support or oppose any government or political system.
It's concern is the protection of the fundamental human rights guaranteed to each one of us by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Amnesty International Ireland takes part in three global campaigns; against torture and terror, to end FGM and to abolish the death penalty. We have supported Amnesty now for over ten years and shall continue to support it’s relentless pursuit for justice for the oppressed.
